BREAD PROOFING & BAKING TOOLS · 12

Make room for a row of hand-shaped loaves.

FoldRest · Thoughtful tools for your baking routine

The FoldRest Baker’s Couche provides a flour-dusted resting surface for shaped baguettes, demi-baguettes, and rolls. Arrange the dough on the cloth, then fold raised sections between pieces to create separate resting channels.

Unlike a fixed-shape basket, the cloth lets you adjust spacing to the size of your dough. The natural cotton weave brings texture to your bread station, while terracotta edge stitching and a small torvebw™ label add a considered finish. It folds down after use, making it practical when storage space is limited.

🍞 Put it to work

Dust with flour, place shaped dough along the cloth, and raise folds between pieces. After proofing, gently transfer the dough to an appropriate baking surface.

Care & use

Flour the contact surface before use. Brush away dried flour and dry completely before folding. Hand-wash when needed; cotton may shrink. Not a baking liner; not for oven use.
