Make your starter routine easier to follow.

RiseTrack Starter · Thoughtful tools for your baking routine

Keep your sourdough starter in view with the RiseTrack Starter Jar. The straight-sided glass body makes it easier to observe changes in volume, while a movable silicone band marks the level immediately after feeding.

A wide opening gives the included slim spatula room to stir and scrape down the sides. The matching silicone band, small exterior brand mark, and coordinated cloth cover create a tidy countertop setup. This is an equipment kit for building or maintaining your own starter; flour and starter culture are not included.

🍞 Put it to work

Feed according to your starter routine, scrape down the jar, and move the band to the new level. Observe growth over time; the band does not determine starter readiness by itself.

Care & use

Leave room for expansion. During active fermentation, use the cloth cover or rest the lid loosely on top; do not seal tightly. Hand-wash and avoid sudden temperature changes.
